All vintage and pre-loved items are sold as seen. Because these pieces are authentic vintage or antique, they may show natural signs of age and wear—such as chipped frames, worn strings, or faded canvas—which are part of their unique story and charm. Such characteristics are not normally grounds for a refund.

14-Day Return & Withdrawal

All customers, including those outside the EU (e.g., US), may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties and local taxes if applicable.

Returns for Damage in Transit

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item. We will review your claim and provide instructions for a return or refund.
